The purpose of the Adult License is to train amateur coaches and team administrators in current coaching methodology, team administration and player preparation for all levels of Adult soccer. These coaching and team administration seminars will provide United States Adult Soccer Association (USASA) coaches and team administrators the opportunity to discuss and be exposed to relevant topics targeted for their individual teams and club needs.
All coaches are encouraged to acquire the appropriate license to coach a youth team in Florida. The national level courses are designed and distributed by US Soccer, which is the governing body for soccer in the USA. These national level courses include the Grassroots courses, the National D license course, the National C License course, the National B License course, the National A (Youth or Senior) License courses and the Pro Course.

a formal structure to training exist and licenses provide steps and levels to training. it is up to the coach to implement. unfortunately these clubs hire a live body to fill a spot and dont require the coach to follow a set age specific program as they should. the license is important but the coach with a reputation is found by asking parents. some guys can train, some are skilled at managing the games, most are awful with parents.
